Top 5 Free-to-Play Games in Norway: Q1 2025 Performance Overview

In the first quarter of 2025, the top free-to-play games on the unified platform in Norway showcased varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the performance of these leading applications.

Block Blast！ from Hungry Studio saw a decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 14.5K at the beginning of January and tapering off to 5.8K by the end of March. Active users also decreased from 225K to 158K over the quarter. Revenue experienced a brief spike to $6 in early January but remained negligible thereafter.

Color Block Jam, published by Rollic Games, demonstrated impressive growth in weekly revenue, climbing from $66 at the start of January to approximately $24K by the end of March. Downloads peaked mid-quarter with over 9K weekly downloads in February. Active users increased significantly, reaching over 24K in March before a slight dip.

Roblox, a long-standing favorite by Roblox Corporation, maintained steady weekly downloads around the 4K mark. Revenue started strong at $141K but fell sharply to around $18K by March. Active users fluctuated slightly, with a notable increase to 113K by the end of the quarter.

Township from Playrix showed consistent revenue generation, staying within the $30K to $36K range. Downloads decreased over the quarter, from 6.5K to 2.2K, while active users slightly declined from 27K to 24K.

Archero 2, a newcomer by HABBY, launched in January with a rapid rise in revenue, peaking at $28K mid-January. Downloads began at 10.7K but steadily decreased to 752 by the end of March. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 10K and ending the quarter at 3.8K.
